Job description:
Customer Notification Product Analyst is responsible for creating timely communications to customers regarding important updates about their Services, often utilizing email, SMS, or push notifications, with a primary focus on maintaining clear and consistent customer communication to ensure a positive experience. It also involves analyzing and extracting key insights to optimize notification delivery, improve user experience, and drive engagement by identifying areas for improvement and suggesting changes to notification design, timing, and content based on customer feedback and behavioral data.
Key responsibilities may include:
- Developing notification templates: Crafting standardized email and SMS templates for various customer notification scenarios like delivery status updates, billing, claims, marketing, etc.
- Managing notification triggers: Setting up automated systems to send notifications based on specific actions or events within the customer lifecycle
- Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with product development, marketing, customer support, and engineering teams to implement changes based on customer insights
- A/B Testing: Design and execute A/B testing on notification elements like subject lines, message content, timing, and delivery channels to optimize engagement and conversion rates
- Monitoring delivery rates: Tracking open and click-through rates of notifications to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Performance Monitoring and Analysis: Track key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and customer engagement levels.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques to extract meaningful insights from large datasets.
- Understanding of customer needs and motivations, and how to tailor notifications to individual users
- Effectively communicate findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences
