Title: Technical Support Analyst
Location: Warrenton, VA

Position Overview
Client is seeking a skilled and motivated Desktop/Technical Support Technician to provide comprehensive IT support for a new long-term care medical facility and additional remote sites throughout the region.
This position offers a unique opportunity to support a state-of-the-art medical facility from its inception, managing over 200 devices including desktops, laptops, mobile phones, and other IT peripherals. The role also includes regional travel to support satellite offices or new site integrations.
Travel mileage and lodging (if needed) will be reimbursed directly by Client for approved business-related travel.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, phones, printers, mobile devices (Android & Apple), and associated peripherals.
- Configure and support network equipment, including routers, switches, and wireless access points.
- Monitor and maintain performance of computer systems and local Ethernet-based LAN/WAN environments.
- Administer and resolve email-related issues in Google Workspace (PST file management, calendars, distribution lists).
- Set up and maintain phone systems (digital and analog), and mobile device configurations.
- Manage IT inventory control processes using internal ticketing and reporting systems.
- Identify and respond to network, hardware, or security-related issues in a timely manner.
- Provide high-quality end-user support and training for commonly used commercial business software products.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation of systems, processes, and technical resolutions.
- Coach and manage daily activities of on-site engineering contractors.
- Perform occasional travel to support remote offices as directed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Software Proficiency: McAfee Anti-Virus Software, Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Windows OS, Microsoft 365, Google Chrome, and Microsoft Edge.
- Networking: Knowledge of LAN/WAN protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), network setup, configuration, and basic security practice.
- Mobile Devices: Experience supporting Android and iOS devices.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Customer Service: Professional demeanor, team-focused, with excellent problem-solving and user-support skills.
- Documentation: Ability to create clear technical documentation and training materials.
- Organization: Capable of managing multiple tasks and working in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., and perform standing, walking, bending, and climbing tasks.
Minimum Requirements:
- Valid driver s license and clean driving record
- Reliable personal transportation
- Willingness and ability to travel as required (Warrenton and Hampton Roads, VA)
- Must possess or have access to commercial business software (McAfee, Adobe, etc.)
- Must pass all required background screenings
