As an Solutions Engineer, you are the cornerstone to create customer value with our technology. We are looking for an experienced Pre-Sales/Technical Sales expert in data storage and/or infrastructure. The ideal candidate will also have HLS experience either in-house or selling into these organizations.

This role needs to be located in the Bay Area, CA market to be near our customers and provide in-person partnership and face time.

Job Requirements
Typically requires a minimum of 10 years of related experience in areas listed below:
Successfully capture technical and business requirements to create winning proposals in conjunction with your sales, services and support team.
Lead product discussions, demonstrations, and proof of concepts with our customers to help them experience the simplicity and value of NetApp solutions.
Effectively leverage shared technical personnel to drive successful implementation of NetApp solutions, deeper relationships and better understanding of NetApp's products and services.
Actively develop and maintain expertise on complementary and competitive technologies.
Understand financial and operational requirements to create ROI models that meet the customer's needs.
Self-directed and proactive in navigating sales campaigns, cultivating customer relationships, and responding to customer needs.
Ability to travel within the area/market mentioned in this posting on a regular basis (local commuting from residence).

Education
Bachelor's degree or additional years of experience.

The OTE (On Target Earnings) Range for this position is $229,500 - 297,000 USD and will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package.
