Job Title: Business Analyst (EB ECA)
Duration: 12 Months (Possible Extension)
Location: Remote
Client Feedback: Since this is a Business Analyst position, we require the candidate to have experience in Group Insurance employee Benefits. Pls provide EB BAs who have experience with ECM portfolio.
Job Description
Required:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in IT, particularly in M&A programs.
- Strong understanding of system migration and integration processes.
- Familiarity with ECM systems, document management, and related technologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with IBM FileNet, OpenText Exstream, Kofax Capture, IBM Content Navigator (ICN),
- Good to have familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager, DocuMerge, InRule, AWD, Right Answers, OPC, Kafka-based notification services
