Product Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Product Manager in Irving, TX.

Responsibilities:
* Product Manager will prioritize product features based on user needs, market trends, and business goals
* Use user research and feedback to guide product decisions
* Monitor product performance and generate actionable insights
* Maintain a product roadmap aligned with company objectives
* Present data-driven recommendations to stakeholders
* As a Product Manager, you will collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales to deliver quality products
* Streamline development and release processes for smooth launches
* Manage product documentation including specs and release notes
* Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree
* 3-5 years in product management, ideally in mobile apps or retail commerce
* Experience with Agile and full product lifecycle from problem to solution delivery
* Familiarity with tools for analytics, heat mapping, user testing, and knowledge management
* Understanding of mobile app development
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Clear and effective communicator
* Collaborative team player across functions
* Detail-oriented with high-quality standards
* Skilled in optimizing workflows and processes

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
