Oracle Fusion Supply Planning Analyst

Job Description
We are looking for an Oracle Supply Planning Analyst to manage end-to-end planning activities using Oracle Fusion Supply Planning. The role includes forecast deployment, pegging analysis, Simulation Sets, exception handling, and ensuring accurate supply/demand alignment across multiple organizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse Supplies & Demands, Material Plan, and Plan Measures within the Supply Planning Workbench.
- Manage monthly S&OP demand loading and enable Forecast Spreading from monthly buckets to weekly/daily buckets.
- Review and maintain planning parameters including lead times, lot-sizing rules, sourcing rules, order modifiers, and time fences.
- Utilize or help build a 360 Item Availability View across organizations for on-hand, supply, and demand visibility.
- Perform Simulation Sets / What-If scenarios for NPI/ECO impact analysis.
- Follow a consistent planning routine: morning review of exceptions, midday alignment with Procurement/Manufacturing, and end-of-day releases.
- Improve planning accuracy by ensuring correct BOM structures, effectivity dates, lifecycle statuses, and sourcing alignment.
- Support Planning Data Collection (PDC) stability and runtime improvement by ensuring master data completeness.
Required Skills
- Experience with Oracle Fusion Supply Planning.
- Strong understanding of MRP/MPS, pegging logic, BOM explosion, and planning parameters.
- Ability to troubleshoot plan accuracy issues through data and parameter analysis.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with Procurement, Manufacturing, and MDM.
Mandatory Documentation & Agile Skills
- Ability to create BRD100, MD50, and support MD70 for planning enhancements.
- Ability to write Scrum user stories with traceable acceptance criteria.
