Job Summary:

This position will frequently work on multiple projects as the Team Lead / PM and understands project life cycle and project management methodologies. While working on cross functional projects, this position will act as a liaison between internal users/stakeholders, vendors, IT department, and ERP team members to identify issues, conduct root cause analysis, and develop/implement permanent solutions.

Additionally, this position will be tasked with taking goals into project stage and responsible for tracking the deliverables throughout various implementation & integrations.

Experience / Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire process of creating applications, from design to implementation, testing, and delivery
• Provides a high level of technical support (workflow development, testing, integration and implementation) of applications and interfaces which deliver IT tools and support business functions across the health system. Performs project management, solution design, analysis, code development, problem resolution and vendor coordination.
• Keeps abreast of the full cycle process to be able to resolve a wide variety of issues and identify opportunities for continuous service improvements.
• Prepares high level project plans and manages / monitors the development, implementation, progress, and/or upgrade of projects and systems, including requirements definition and time line.
• Responsible for administration functions of ERP applications (Lawson S3) and ingratiation with core functions.
• Tracks progress of projects and keeps management informed of ongoing status.
• Facilitates meetings and works with hospital departments and vendors as necessary.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve software related to core ERP. And work with other IT teams to troubleshoot and maintain applications.
• Work with department managers to research new functionality, and process improvements.
• Testing of upgrades and new functionality for Lawson/Infor software.
• Identify and resolve Lawson/Infor software and data related issues.
• Act as the liaison between end users, and IT department for Enhancements, System updates and changes, and new initiatives
• Assist Department users by troubleshooting software and desktop PC related issues
• Assist with all department goals and initiatives.

Additional Skills

• Experience with Lawson (S3), Kronos and other similar applications.
• Proficiency with both business and technical aspects of Lawson/Infor ERP
• Specific experience implementing/ supporting Lawson at version 10 is ideal
• You have experience implementing software and support users within or outside your organization. And training customers on the correct use of the Lawson suite of applications
• Strong experience with Lawson implementation, integrations, back end reporting and overall system configurations.
• Experience supporting development to monitor applications and supporting users.
• Deep knowledge of module functionality and tools, (BI, Planning, Integration tools).
