Java Full Stack Developer with Production Support

Location:

• Hybrid (Onsite in McLean, VA - Tuesday through Thursday)

Assignment Type:

• Contract to Hire (CTH)

Conversion Salary Range:

• $110,000 - $115,000 annually

Schedule:

• Flexibility required for occasional weekend or after-hours production support, balanced throughout the pay period with no additional overtime compensation.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Bachelor s or Master s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on development experience using core Java
• Experience with front-end frameworks like Angular or React (preferred, but not mandatory)
• Proficient with SQL including joins, aggregate functions, etc.
• Strong analytical skills

Desired Skills:

• Experience developing Microservices using Java & Spring Boot frameworks
• Familiarity with MongoDB, DB2, SQL Server, PostgreSQL
• Experience in testing frameworks (JUnit, Cucumber)
• Proficient in CI/CD processes, using tools such as Maven, Gradle, Jenkins, ANSIBLE
• Knowledge of cloud environments, preferably AWS
• Docker and Kubernetes experience
• Front-end UI development (Angular, React) is a bonus
