Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow FSM (Field Service Management) Consultant to support and enhance our ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in FSM implementations, configurations, and customizations with proven expertise in delivering solutions aligned to business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and optimize ServiceNow FSM modules
  • Design and develop custom applications and workflows
  • Integrate FSM with other ServiceNow modules and external systems
  • Provide technical guidance and best practices for FSM capabilities

Required Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow FSM
  • CAD Certification is mandatory
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Script Includes, etc.)
  • Experience with REST/SOAP integrations
