Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow FSM (Field Service Management) Consultant to support and enhance our ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in FSM implementations, configurations, and customizations with proven expertise in delivering solutions aligned to business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and optimize ServiceNow FSM modules
- Design and develop custom applications and workflows
- Integrate FSM with other ServiceNow modules and external systems
- Provide technical guidance and best practices for FSM capabilities
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow FSM
- CAD Certification is mandatory
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Script Includes, etc.)
- Experience with REST/SOAP integrations
