Position : WMoS (Manhattan) Sr. Developer
Location : Chicago, IL (Onsite)
Duration : Contract :12 Months
Experience : 15+ Years
Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement solutions using Manhattan WMoS and Manhattan Active to optimize multi-channel operations.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of systems and processes.
3. Analyze existing systems and identify areas for improvement to enhance operational efficiency.
4. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Manhattan systems to ensure smooth functionality.
5. Design and execute test plans to validate system performance and reliability.
6. Monitor system performance and make necessary adjustments to maintain optimal operation.
7. Document technical specifications and system configurations for future reference and training.
8. Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
9. Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in system development.
10. Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Manhattan technologies.
11. Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance team knowledge and skills.
12. Contribute to the development of strategic plans for system upgrades and enhancements.
13. Support the companys mission by driving innovation and efficiency in multi-channel operations.
Qualifications
1. Possess extensive experience in Manhattan WMoS and Manhattan Active demonstrating technical proficiency.
2. Have a strong understanding of multi-channel operations and their impact on business processes.
3. Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex system issues.
4. Show proficiency in system integration and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
5. Demonstrate strong analytical skills to assess system performance and identify improvement opportunities.
6. Have experience in designing and executing test plans to ensure system reliability.
7. Display effective communication skills to engage with stakeholders and gather requirements.
