Title: Sr Peoplesoft ADP Payroll Functional Consultant
Location: Remote
Duration : Long Term

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Peoplesoft Functional Consultant with hands-on experience in ADP Payroll configuration. The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring, managing, and supporting Peoplesoft HR and FSCM modules, while also collaborating with business users to drive process improvements and ensure seamless system integration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document business requirements and identify process improvement opportunities.

  • Configure, manage, and support Peoplesoft HR and FSCM modules.

  • Perform system analysis, design, coding, testing, debugging, and documentation as part of the software development lifecycle.

  • Provide technical and functional support for Peoplesoft applications, including troubleshooting and performance tuning.

  • Develop and maintain detailed functional and technical specifications for FSCM/HR modules.

  • Assist with data conversion, interface development, and integration with other enterprise applications.

  • Conduct training sessions and offer ongoing support to end-users.

  • Work closely with the application development team to ensure technical solutions align with business goals and enterprise architecture.

  • Apply and promote best practices in Peoplesoft FSCM and HR workflows and processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven 8+ years of experience with ADP Payroll configuration.

  • Strong functional knowledge of Peoplesoft HR and FSCM modules.

  • Hands-on experience in system design, analysis, and implementation.

  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently in a production environment.

  • Experience working on interface development and system integration projects.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Capable of training and supporting business users effectively.

  • Knowledge of enterprise architecture and aligning IT solutions to business needs.
