We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Engineer & a Field Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in driving our construction projects from inception to completion. You will be working closely with project managers, architects, and other team members to ensure our projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Engineer & a Field Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in driving our construction projects from inception to completion. Responsibilities:
- Oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of construction projects from beginning to end.
- Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members.
- Coordinate with project managers, architects, and other team members to ensure project success.
- Utilize RFI Process, RFP, Submittals, and change orders to manage project activities.
- Prepare, maintain, and update project schedules to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Perform quality control tasks to ensure the project meets the set standards and specifications.
- Manage the construction management process, ensuring all aspects are running smoothly and efficiently.
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the project, providing effective solutions to keep the project on track.
- Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders, keeping them informed of the project status.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Project Engineer or Field Engineer in the Construction industry.
- Proven experience with RFI Process, RFP, Submittals, change orders, and preparation and maintenance of project schedule.
- Solid knowledge of construction management processes, means and methods.
- Expert knowledge of building products, construction details, and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards.
- Competent in conflict and crisis management.
- Excellent time and project management skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in relevant software such as AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera, etc.
- Professional Engineering (PE) license is a plus.
