Job Title: Project Manager (Vancouver, ON)

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in the fashion retail industry (e.g., Lululemon, Aritzia, Nike, or similar brands) and proven expertise in managing Opex/Capex budgets. The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional initiatives, drive execution across multiple departments, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end retail projects across digital, in-store, and corporate functions.
• Partner with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Create and manage detailed project plans, timelines, resource allocation, and budgets (Opex/Capex).
• Track and report on project status, risks, and budgetary performance.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration between IT, Finance, Marketing, and Retail Operations.
• Ensure alignment with strategic business goals and compliance with industry best practices.
• Communicate effectively with executive leadership and project teams.
• Manage vendor relationships and third-party deliverables when applicable.
• Required Qualifications:
• 8+ years of experience in project management, including at least 3+ years in the fashion retail industry.
• Demonstrated success managing Opex and Capex budgets across complex projects.
• Strong understanding of retail business models, merchandising, store operations, and/or e-commerce.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, JIRA, Asana, or similar).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• PMP, PRINCE2, or other relevant project management certification.
• Experience working with well-known retail brands like Lululemon, Aritzia, Nike, etc.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project methodologies.
• Bachelor's or Master s degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field.
