Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for training technical and soft skills in a variety of mediums to include in person, virtual, and both.
- Works closely with business unit to identify training opportunities
- Collaborates with SMDLS training partners to create materials to support learning
- Responsible for determining the best modality of training
- Comfortable speaking to audiences of varying size and roles
- Comfortable using feedback tools like surveys, quizzes, and post-training assessments to measure the success of training programs.
- Able to adjust training techniques and content to accommodate diverse learning styles, backgrounds, and proficiency levels.
- Responsible for organizing and delivering a monthly deliverable meeting to the business area outlining the contributions made by the Learnings Solutions team
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure technical accuracy in training topics
