Description
Seeking a senior-level professional with strong technical skills and customer focus.
Work closely with Sales, Product, and Implementation teams to navigate complexity efficiently.
Develop and own solution strategies for complex projects.
Engage in cross-functional roles, including enterprise discovery and integration design.
Support pre- and post-sales teams to build a leading Solutions function.
Key Responsibilities
Support sales for complex use cases requiring custom development or integration.
Develop and document solution architectures and integration flows.
Act as a customer voice within Product, aligning requirements and timelines.
Ensure continuity from sales to delivery during implementation.
Advocate for customer needs while managing internal expectations.
Facilitate a smooth transition to Account Management post-implementation.
Collaborate on expansion strategies for complex projects.
Qualifications
5 years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Implementation roles in B2B SaaS.
Familiarity with enterprise systems and their interactions within a modern tech stack.
Technical fluency in understanding APIs, data flows, and architectural concepts.
Strong written communication skills for technical documentation.
Experience working cross-functionally with Product and Engineering teams.
Proven leadership and judgment in complex solution cycles.
