Job Title : Project Manager
Location: Hybrid - Pensacola Fl, Vienna VA or Winchester VA or Remote- Local to these areas

Job Description:
This PM role is dedicated to leading the enterprise-wide implementation of candidate selection assessments. The project is in its early stages and will require coordination across all levels of the organization including legal, compliance, HR, and business unit leadership. The work will involve technology implementation, change management, and strategic communication planning. The PM will serve as a key liaison between internal stakeholders and an external consulting firm supporting the initiative, ensuring alignment, risk mitigation, and successful adoption across the enterprise.
Required Skill Sets: 1. Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting 2. Excellent leadership and team coordination abilities 3. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

4. Knowledge of risk management and process improvement techniques


Minimum Education Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or related field

Ideal Candidate:
Experienced project manager with a background in risk, compliance, talent assessments, or HR technology (there is a technology implementation piece that the PM will have to drive others to accomplish, and he/she must know enough about technology implementation to be effective at this).
Strong ability to lead cross-functional work and collaborate effectively with consultants, legal, technical, and business stakeholders
Confident in owning timelines, deliverables, and executive-level communications
Skilled in structured planning, vendor evaluation, and strategic documentation
