Job Details

A national labor broker company that provides installation services for home improvement projects is looking to bring on an IT Support Specialist join their team. The company has over 27 years of mill-work installation experience and has developed installation solutions to meet the needs of end-users, retailers, distributors, builders, and manufacturers.

If you are someone that loves technology, has excellent customer service skills, and looking to grow in your IT career this is the role for you. You will be working with people daily who need help troubleshooting technical issues with their computer. As a Tier 1/2 Technical Support Representative you will be responsible for internal and some external support for employees and customers. They operate in a Windows environment, so you will be working with the Microsoft Suite, Active Directory, setting up usernames and passwords, password resets, O365, and Outlook. You will also be troubleshooting user needs around hardware and software issues. Also, any Salesforce experience is needed and will be a big plus.

This is a 6-month contract to hire position, with an onsite work schedule Monday-Friday in their Grand Prairie, TX office.

Required Skills & Experience
  • High School Degree or equivalent required.
  • 1-year help desk or technical support experience preferred.
  • Microsoft O365, Azure certifications are a plus.
  • Knowledge and experience with troubleshooting of Windows Operating systems.
  • Knowledge and experience with troubleshooting Office 365 applications, especially Outlook.
  • Ability to install and troubleshoot software and hardware
  • Ability to configure and support all internet browsers.
  • Experience with mobile application support is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Products.
  • Good written and oral communication skills.
  • Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance
  • Any Salesforce experience is preferred


What You Will Be Doing
Daily Responsibilities
  • 100% Hands On - Providing excellent customer service to internal and external Tier 1 and some Tier 2 support to users around Windows, O365, Outlook, Hardware and Software troubleshooting.
