Requirements
Proven experience with Salesforce coding, including Apex and Lightning Web Components.
Strong knowledge of Service Cloud and flows.
Salesforce certifications, such as Platform Developer 1 and 2, or willingness to obtain them.
Familiarity with Omni-channel functionality is a plus.
Ability to work hands-on with both declarative and programmatic development.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Experience with Informatica Power Center is preferred.

- Translate USER STORIES to SFDC features
- GO-TO PERSON developing Salesforce Solutions and making architecture recommendations between enterprise architects and development teams to ensure User Stories align with Salesforce best solutions
- COMPLEXITY: work in a complex Salesforce environment with MULTIPLE SALESFORCE ORG'S.
- CERTIFICATIONS: SALESFORCE App Platform Builder OR SALESFORCE Developer Cert's OR SALESFORCE Architecture Cert's.
- KEY: DevOps skills! Craft deployment strategies
- Develop metadata consistency & scalable data architecture
- WHAT TECH SKILLS YOU NEED TO GET AN INTERVIEW:
- Expertise with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud / FSC or Service Cloud.
- APEX Salesforce Coding, LWC, & Declarative Tools workflows/flows.
- MuleSoft and/or Confluent Kafka.
- Platform Event Architecture (Pub/Sub frameworks).
- Exposure to DevOps best practices and deployments !
- Have to have tech depth with Salesforce data storage and APi LIMITS!
- Salesforce DATA STORAGE & APi LIMITS
