Job Title: Product Manager
Location: Must be based in San Antonio (SATX) or Austin (ATX); 2-4x/month in-office.

- Collaborate with the product management team and stakeholders for a product area to create and maintain a product vision and prioritized product roadmap
- Work with support teams to understand solution architecture, operational impacts, and ensure that solutions meet stakeholder requirements
- Communicate with management and product stakeholders to show product features
- Always take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes
What you'll need:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, a related field, or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of experience in product management with a record of successfully delivering complex products and services
- Deep understanding of sales cycles, business processes, and marketing campaigns is essential. Must understand B2B w/ Insurance & Fintech.
- Proven ability to perform cost analysis, identify KPIs, and create financially sound strategies
- Salesforce experience
- B2B experience and go-to-market experience.
- Extensive experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban
- Advanced knowledge of bank operations and financial solutions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft computer applications
