Join an exciting opportunity to lead a dynamic team as a Senior IT Project Manager in a remote setting, driving impactful projects in supply chain and inventory management. Your expertise will guide cross-functional teams to success while ensuring project excellence and strategic alignment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage comprehensive project plans, ensuring timely execution and delivery.
  • Oversee and coordinate multiple project teams and third-party partners to achieve project milestones.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to resolve project lifecycle issues proactively.
  • Communicate project progress, risks, and resolutions to stakeholders and executive management.
  • Ensure adherence to industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
  • Review project quality and implement improvements and corrective actions as needed.
  • Maintain project budget and schedule, ensuring delivery within constraints.
  • Foster a collaborative and accountable team culture, promoting continuous improvement.

Skills

  • 10+ years of IT project management experience in large organizations.
  • Strong experience in scope, schedule, and budget management.
  • Excellent stakeholder interaction and communication skills.
  • Completed a 4-year degree program.

Preferred Skills

  • PMP certification is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Project and Portfolio Management methodologies and tools.
  • Experience in change and risk management within dynamic environments.
  • Exceptional decision-making and negotiation skills across diverse stakeholder needs.
