Join our dynamic team as a QA Engineer, where you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our digital platforms. This remote position offers the opportunity to work on exciting projects and collaborate with talented professionals.
Responsibilities
- Define and manage quality assurance testing for websites and landing pages built with various web technologies.
- Conduct comprehensive functional testing to ensure workflows and interactive features perform correctly across different environments.
- Perform visual QA to confirm design accuracy, responsive behavior, and compatibility across browsers.
- Develop and run automated tests for core user journeys and regression checks.
- Execute manual tests for unique cases and visual assessments.
- Lead client/user acceptance testing before production deployments.
- Conduct post-launch verification and smoke tests after deployments.
- Document defects clearly, working with teams to resolve issues efficiently.
- Collaborate with development and project teams to align on test coverage.
- Assist in defining test strategies and building scalable QA practices.
- Maintain test documentation for repeatability and improvement.
- Track and report on testing status and readiness in a client-friendly manner.
Skills
- Proven experience in website testing, including complex interactions.
- Ability to write detailed multi-step test cases.
- Experience with automated testing frameworks like Playwright.
- Strong communication skills for defect documentation and resolution.
- Proactive problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Preferred Skills
- Experience testing Salesforce and/or Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) sites.
- Familiarity with testing email campaigns and user journeys.
- Experience leading user acceptance testing sessions.
