Genesys IVR Developer

Role: Genesys IVR Developer

Primary Skills: Testing

Role Description: The Genesys IVR Developer would need to have at least 3 years of experience.

Must Have Skills:

- C#/Java any of the technologies that a person has coded on

- Experience on Genesys Composer

- Experience in Interaction Routing and Designer (IRD)

- Experience in Interaction Workspace (IW)

Required Skills/ Experience:

- C#/Java any of the technologies that you have coded on

- Experienced on Genesys Composer

- Experienced in Interaction Routing and Designer (IRD)

- Experience in Interaction Workspace (IW)

- At least 3 years experience working a Genesys developer

Education: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Information Technology or another related field or Equivalent.
