Job Details
-Minimum three plus (7)+ years of experience working with Workday Reporting tools.
-Experience in HRIS, HR, Payroll, or related data management functions.
-Experience supporting Workday modules such as Core HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Absence, Recruiting, and Compensation.
-Proficiency in Workday Report Writer, Calculated Fields, Workday Prism, and Dashboards.
-Strong understanding of Workday data structures across Core HCM, Benefits, Compensation, Payroll, Absence, Recruiting and creating and maintaining Prism data pipelines.
-Strong problem-solving mindset with proven ability to analyze technical and functional issues independently.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
-Ability to work autonomously and adapt to shifting priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
-Experience with Workday Security, EIBs, and integrations.
