RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a QA Lead in Fort Lauderdale, FL.

Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned QA Lead to join a dynamic technology team. This role will partner with another individual to co-lead quality assurance efforts across three agile teams spanning offshore and nearshore locations.

Key Responsibilities:
* Co-lead QA oversight for three agile teams alongside
* Provide leadership and mentorship to offshore QA teams
* Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure quality standards are met across booking, e-commerce, and cruise-related platforms
* Drive test planning, execution, and reporting in alignment with sprint cycles
* Support scrum ceremonies and agile delivery practices
* Handle direct feedback with professionalism and adaptability
* Contribute to process improvement and QA strategy development

REQUIREMENTS:
* 10-15 years of QA experience, including team leadership
* Strong background in manual testing and QA process management
* Experience managing offshore teams and working in distributed environments
* Industry experience in cruise, travel, or e-commerce is highly preferred
* Familiarity with agile methodologies and scrum practices
* Ability to navigate direct feedback and maintain a collaborative, resilient approach
* Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine and confident presence
* Bi-lingual in Spanish would be nice to have

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
