Required Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in statistics, data science, marketing, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, data analysis, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of statistical concepts such as confidence intervals, p-values, and significance testing.
• Proficiency with data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, Adobe Analytics, and SQL-based programming.
• Demonstrated expertise in:
• Data management and data mining
• Descriptive and predictive analytics
• Audience segmentation and targeting strategies
• Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting complex insights clearly to internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong strategic thinking skills to assess current situations, identify optimization opportunities, and envision future enhancements.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines.
• Problem Solving: Anticipate, recognize, and clearly define problems using various techniques; systematically analyze, weigh alternatives, and propose solutions.
