Locations: Juno Beach, FL and Houston, TX
Type: 1 year contract

Position Summary:

We are seeking skilled Electrical Supervisors to support project execution in Juno Beach, FL and Houston, TX. This role is essential to ensuring electrical installations meet quality, safety, and performance standards. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with EPC contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams while overseeing on-site electrical and fiber installations, inspections, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and interpret project drawings, specifications, and quality documentation.
  • Verify the accuracy and completeness of electrical submittals and plans.
  • Supervise field installations of electrical and fiber systems ensuring adherence to project scope and safety standards.
  • Understand and support testing procedures such as TTR, VLF, OTDR, Fall of Potential, and VOCs.
  • Collaborate with EPC partners, sub-contractors, and NEER/FPL operations teams.
  • Conduct and document daily, weekly, and monthly progress, quality control, and safety reports.
  • Utilize Unifier software to upload and manage quality control documentation and photos.
  • Facilitate and manage the Request for Information (RFI) process with engineering teams.
  • Perform field inspections of electrical equipment and installations.
  • Support project commissioning and turnover processes.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and safety requirements.
  • Foster strong working relationships across teams and on-site personnel.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in electrical supervision, preferably in utility or renewable energy projects.
  • Strong knowledge of SCADA systems and fiber optic technology.
  • Familiarity with electrical and fiber testing methods and standards.
  • Proficient in documentation and project management tools (e.g., Unifier).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a team-oriented mindset.
  • Understanding of field safety and quality control processes.
