Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Support:
- Collaborate with stakeholders from multiple therapeutic areas to align strategic goals and identify opportunities for innovation.
- Analyze business needs and translate them into actionable project plans and requirements.
2. Data Analytics and Dashboard Enhancements:
- Develop and enhance data analytics solutions, utilizing tools like Power BI, to support decision-making and reporting needs.
- Automate data integration processes to streamline reporting and provide real-time insights.
3. Project Management:
- Lead and support the implementation of projects aimed at optimizing digital platforms, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including timelines and status reports.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with internal and external teams, including IT, digital, and medical affairs, to ensure projects meet business objectives. o Facilitate communication among stakeholders, providing updates and gathering feedback to refine project deliverables.
5. Continuous Improvement:
- Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and project delivery.
- Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous innovation.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with expertise in data analytics.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and project management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
