My client, a leading Microsoft Gold Partner renowned for their expertise in delivering tailored business solutions to their clients across various industries are currently seeking a skilled Dynamics Business Central Functional Consultant to join them in delivering exceptional value to our clients.


Position Overview: As a Dynamics Business Central Functional Consultant, you will have the exciting opportunity to collaborate with their esteemed clients, understanding their unique business requirements and translating them into robust Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions. You will be an integral part of the project teams, driving successful implementations and providing ongoing support to ensure maximum client satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Engage with clients to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into functional specifications.

  • Configure and customize Dynamics 365 Business Central to meet client needs, including module setup, workflows, and data migration.

  • Lead workshops and training sessions to onboard client teams and ensure successful adoption of the solution.

  • Collaborate with technical consultants to design and implement integrations with other systems as needed.

  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to clients, addressing any issues or enhancements post-implementation.

  • Stay updated on the latest developments in Dynamics 365 Business Central and advise clients on best practices and optimizations.


Requirements:



  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.

  • Proven experience (4 years+) as a Dynamics Business Central Functional Consultant or equivalent role, preferably within a consulting environment.

  • Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 Business Central modules, including Finance, Supply Chain Management, and Sales.

  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Ability to work collaboratively within project teams and thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

  • Certification in Dynamics 365 Business Central or related Microsoft certifications is a plus.
