Job Title: Senior Scrum Master

Job Summary:

  • We are seeking an experienced Senior Scrum Master to lead Agile teams in delivering high-impact, cross-functional initiatives. As a servant leader and Agile champion, you will guide multiple Scrum teams, foster continuous improvement, and support the organization s Agile transformation.
  • The ideal candidate brings extensive hands-on Scrum experience, deep knowledge of Agile frameworks, and a strong ability to mentor teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (Master s degree preferred).
  • 8+ years of experience working as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead, with a track record of successful project deliveries.
  • Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and other Agile frameworks (e.g., SAFe, LeSS, Spotify model).
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent (e.g., PSM I/II). Advanced certifications such as A-CSM, CSP-SM, or SAFe Scrum Master are highly desirable.
  • Excellent facilitation, conflict resolution, and servant leadership skills.
  • Experience working with distributed or offshore teams.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including stakeholder engagement and reporting to senior leadership.
  • Proficiency in Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, Rally, Azure DevOps, or similar.
  • Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in scaled Agile environments (e.g., SAFe, Nexus, or Disciplined Agile).
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Background in software development or technical project management is a plus.
  • Experience in Agile transformation or coaching roles.
