Position: Drive Tester

Location: Greater Miami Area

12 Month Contract w/ possible extension

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Telecom Drive Tester to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting drive tests to evaluate and optimize the performance of mobile networks. This role involves extensive fieldwork, data collection, and analysis to ensure network quality and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct drive tests using specialized equipment and software to measure network performance.
  • Collect and analyze data on signal strength, coverage, and quality of service (QoS).
  • Identify and troubleshoot network issues, including dropped calls, poor signal quality, and data throughput problems.
  • Collaborate with network engineers to optimize network performance based on test results.
  • Prepare detailed reports on test findings and provide recommendations for network improvements.
  • Ensure all testing equipment is properly maintained and calibrated.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in mobile network testing.
  • Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in drive testing and mobile network optimization.
  • Proficiency with drive test tools such as TEMS, Nemo, or similar software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel extensively and work in various field conditions.


Preferred Skills:
  • Knowledge of 4G/5G technologies and network architecture.
  • Experience with post-processing tools like Actix or Gladiator.
  • Certification in mobile network testing or optimization
