Job Details

We are seeking a talented Technical Designer to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the development of innovative sports apparel while collaborating with a passionate team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Execute the technical design process from development to final fit, ensuring high-quality standards are met.
  • Analyze and evaluate garments to establish accurate fit specifications.
  • Develop technical specifications and communicate fit requirements to vendors and factories for approvals and corrections.
  • Make necessary adjustments with factories to maintain the integrity of design-approved prototypes.
  • Monitor quality and targeted pricing throughout the development process.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on product development goals.

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Fashion or equivalent experience in technical design.
  • 3-7 years of experience in technical design, specifically in sports apparel.
  • Strong knowledge of garment fit, construction, and pattern making.
  • Experience with product development technical specification programs.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in the sports category, particularly with sports bras and structured garments.
  • Familiarity with Centric or similar PLM tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
