Description

As a Systems Administrator, you will play a critical role in managing and maintaining our IT infrastructure, ensuring the reliability, security, and efficiency of our systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in VMware, Microsoft Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft Office 365/O365. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues, implement solutions, and optimize our IT environment to meet business needs and objectives. Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain VMware virtualization infrastructure, including ESXi hosts, vCenter Server, and virtual machines.
  • Install, configure, and manage Microsoft Server operating systems, including Windows Server 2016/2019, and ensure the availability and performance of server resources.
  • Administer Active Directory services, including user account management, group policy administration, and domain controller configuration.
  • Manage and support Microsoft Office 365/O365 environment, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to optimize system availability and performance.
  • Perform system upgrades, patches, and installations to keep the infrastructure up to date and secure.
  • Implement and maintain backup and disaster recovery solutions to ensure data integrity and availability.
  • Collaborate with IT teams and end-users to identify and address IT needs and requirements.
  • Develop and maintain system documentation, including configurations, procedures, and policies.

Requirements

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in system administration or a related role.
  • Strong technical proficiency in VMware virtualization technologies, including ESXi, vCenter Server, and vSphere.
  • Experience with Microsoft Server operating systems, including Windows Server 2016/2019.
  • Proficiency in Active Directory administration, including user management, group policy, and domain controller configuration.
  • Experience administering Microsoft Office 365/O365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex IT issues.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
