Overview:

We are seeking a SAP HR Consultant who will support our client in the transition of their SAP servers to the SAP Private Cloud. This role will be responsible for supporting the Hire-to-Retire and Travel & Expense processes, configuration, and user support during the transition. The ideal candidate for this role will be expected to work closely with technical migration teams, business stakeholders, and end users to ensure the HR processes remain stable and efficient throughout the cloud transition.

Duties:

  • Document current Hire-to-Retire and T&E processes, configurations, and customizations in S/4HANA 1909; validate and cleanse HR master data to ensure clean migration to RISE with SAP cloud environment.

  • Validate HR module configurations in the cloud environment, including Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Time Management, Payroll integration, and Travel Management settings.

  • Execute comprehensive testing of all Hire-to-Retire workflows (recruitment through termination) and Travel & Expense processes to ensure functionality matches current business requirements in the new cloud infrastructure.

  • Work with technical teams to ensure proper integration between HR modules, other SAP components, and third-party systems to support HR processes.

  • Develop training materials, provide hands-on support to HR end users during transition, and create documentation for any interface changes or new cloud-based features.

  • Serve as primary HR subject matter expert during cutover activities, providing immediate issue resolution and ensuring business continuity for critical processes like payroll cycles and expense approvals.

Mandatory Qualifications:

  • 10+ years overall experience with SAP implementations and migrations

  • 7+ years experience specifically in s/4HANA

  • 2+ year's experience in 1909 or higher

  • SAP Certified in HCM

  • Proven experience in SAP cloud transitions with RISE with SAP implementations.

  • Possess an understanding of cloud architecture, data migration methodologies, and hybrid landscape management.

  • Deep understanding of end-to-end Hire-to-Retire processes and Travel & Expense process expertise.

  • Advanced SAP configuration experience including customizing tables, workflow configuration, authorization concepts, and integration points.

  • Understanding of HR data privacy regulations (GDPR, etc.), data migration best practices, and experience with data validation, cleansing, and integrity checks during system transitions.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
