Location: Oakland, CA 94607 (100% Remote)
Duration: 6 Months + Strong Possibility of Extension

Must-Have Requirements:
- Adobe CC + Figma for omni-channel campaigns (4 5 years minimum)
- Video editing and motion graphics (Premiere and After Effects, 1 2 years minimum)
- Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel (1 2 years minimum)
- Brand Guidelines Building and administration
- Brand evolution
- UX/UI understanding
Job Description:
Design and create high-quality visual assets for all brand needs, including social media, video reels, digital banners, brochures, emails, customer communications, style guides, and presentations. Collaborate with brand strategists to produce engaging and visually appealing videos, from concept development to final editing. Support the brand strategy team in translating strategic insights into compelling visual narratives and creative executions. Engage in business discussions and proactively contribute ideas to support growth initiatives. Partner with marketing and business leads to interpret briefs and translate them into impactful design solutions. Work with cross-functional teams to align design solutions with broader organizational goals. Utilize performance data and audience insights to refine design approaches. Stay current with emerging design tools and techniques to elevate brand storytelling. Provide mentorship to junior designers and maintain strong organization in managing files and assets.

Minimum Qualifications:
- 4 5 years of experience with Adobe CC and Figma
- 1 2 years of experience in video editing and motion graphics
- Experience in brand guideline management and brand evolution
- Experience across multiple mediums (digital, video, photography, print)
- Organized and self-motivated with attention to deadlines
- Strong photo editing and retouching skills in Photoshop
- Ability to manage multiple design projects simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with and evolving corporate brand systems
- Familiarity with data-driven design improvement
- Experience mentoring or leading junior designers
