Job Description
This Desktop Support individual is going to be at the Concord, NC distribution center facility. Their full time Field Tech is assisting with a network refresh project that will take 6-9 months to complete. As such, we will need a contract field tech to support
our End's Users for the duration of this project. This position will be Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm. It will start in August and interviews will take place the week of 7/14 to 7/18.
Responsibilities include: Installs, modifies, and makes minor repairs to microcomputer hardware and software systems and provides technical support to internal customers utilizing our clients technology products.
Responsibilities include:
Provide second line of support to internal customers. Provide solutions to hardware and software issues.
Install new software, hardware and peripheral components, such as monitors, keyboards, printers, and disk drives for customers following design or installation specifications.
Answers client's inquiries concerning systems operation' diagnoses system hardware, software, and operator problems, and recommends or performs remedial actions to correct problems based on knowledge of system operation.
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Must have good time management, organizational, written and verbal communication skills.
Must display good presentation, change and conflict management, facilitation, and collaboration abilities.

Must have knowledge of Windows 10/11.
