Description: Our client is currently seeking a Product Manager for a W2 contract.
Job Description:
- Lead hands-on and inspire a scrum team to enable simple, contextual, and rewarding digital user experiences on our customer-facing website, app, and via our APIs.
- Help shape strategic direction through research and collaboration with Design, Engineering, and Product Management
- Prioritize one or more backlogs, ensuring they are healthy and full and aligned to the key objectives for our digital initiatives, creatively solving obstacles when they inevitably arise.
- Work with Designers, Product Managers, Engineers, and others to prioritize features in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
- Manage incidents/issues for the product and instill a high level of governance and controls.
- Advocate plans and progress to diverse audiences through written reports and in-person presentations.
- Instill user research, testing, and data-driven insights into your team and peers, and contribute to share user insights for the organization, to help us remove bias.
- Partner with other leaders across business, technology, partnerships, and other global Enterprise groups to share knowledge, wins, lessons learned, and competitor analysis.
