Job Position : IT Ops Lead Engineer

Job Description:
- 5+ years of experience in IT operations, with leadership or lead-level responsibilities.
- Deep expertise in Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD), Conditional Access, and identity governance.
- Strong working knowledge of Azure infrastructure and services.
- Experience with Microsoft Intune, endpoint management, and policy enforcement.
- Solid networking background (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, firewalls).
- Familiarity with NIST cybersecurity framework and compliance requirements.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Microsoft certifications (e.g., SC-300, AZ-104, MS-102).
- Experience supporting third-party audits or assessments.
- Familiarity with PowerShell scripting and automation.
- Must-have: Microsoft Entra ID expertise, including Conditional Access design, testing (report-only/What-If), break-glass exclusions, and identity governance practices.
- Must-have: Microsoft Intune and endpoint management, device compliance policies, configuration profiles, app protection, and policy troubleshooting.
- Must-have: Microsoft 365 and Azure operations, including RBAC, access reviews, Defender integrations, monitoring, and performance/security optimization.
- Must-have: Networking fundamentals for enterprise environments: TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, firewalls; ability to diagnose access and latency issues across identity and network layers.
