Description
Seeking a person with a background in desktop support/systems/Help desk. Responsibilities include: taking tickets and ability to troubleshoot any issue: mapping printers, password resets, troubleshoot MS app support issues, etc.
Responsibilities:
Support of factory floor systems
Assist Help Desk Systems Analyst
Network infrastructure support and maintenance
Equipment procurement
Tablet / laptop / workstation / thin client imaging and deployment
Information Systems asset management
Assist in departmental internal audits
Various project assignments as needed
Required Skills and Experience:
Associates degree in Information Systems related field or comparable certifications required
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems related field preferred
5+ years relevant Information Systems experience
2+ years help desk analyst or related customer service experience
2+ years networking / troubleshooting networks / telecommunication issues
Experience with Microsoft Office applications
Excellent work ethic
Strong project management, organizational, and time management skills
Outstanding troubleshooting skills

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
