FULL-TIME (DIRECT HIRE) POSITION | REMOTE

We have an exciting opportunity for a real sales hunter to sell a data insight and employer branding tool out of Florida with a national client target.

This is a remote role. The company would like someone to be on the East Coast of FL (Palm Beach) for team meetings at times.

Base Salary: $65,000–$80,000 (DOE)

OTE: $150,000–$170,000 (uncapped commission with clear accelerators)

You will own the process by calling on Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Marketing, and Communications leaders, guiding them through the process, and closing deals.

The leads are both inbound and outbound, driving urgency through smart, consultative selling.

Duties include:

• Generate and manage a personal pipeline: 50% outbound prospecting, 50% inbound/marketing leads
• Conduct 15 30 minute sales conversations with decision-makers and guide them through process
• Manage pipeline/ deals (1 6 week cycles) across 30 50 active leads
• Contribute ideas and feedback in a high-trust, feedback-rich environment

Requirements:

• Experience selling to HR, Communications, Marketing teams with deals in the $10k-50k range
• Proven success selling intangibles or “perceived nice-to-haves” (e.g., employer branding, media, marketing, sponsorship, leadership development, or HR tech with soft ROI)
• Demonstrated success in building sales pipelines from scratch and consistently exceeding targets.
• Consultative selling experience
• Ability to work with HubSpot
• You're a self-starter who excels in a remote environment, managing your daily activities with precision and focus.
• Experience with certification, recognition programs, or employer brands preferred
• Background in media, content marketing, or leadership development selling is a plus
