Description

We are looking for a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team in New Jersey. In this role, you will focus on creating, implementing, and analyzing digital marketing strategies to drive brand growth and customer engagement. This is a dynamic opportunity to apply your expertise in online marketing tools and techniques to make a measurable impact.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms to achieve business objectives.

Manage Google Ads accounts, ensuring optimal performance and return on investment.

Create and monitor email marketing campaigns to foster customer engagement and retention.

Analyze website traffic and user behavior using Google Analytics to provide actionable insights.

Optimize marketing strategies through data-driven adjustments and A/B testing.

Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.

Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

Generate detailed performance reports for digital marketing initiatives and present findings to stakeholders.

Maintain and update content on digital platforms to ensure relevance and accuracy.

Requirements

Proficiency in Google Ads and Google AdWords, with a strong understanding of campaign management.
Experience using Google Analytics to track and analyze digital performance metrics.
Solid background in creating and managing email marketing campaigns.
Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and tools, including SEO and PPC.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable recommendations.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
Ability to stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
