Job Description:
- 8+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
- Proven expertise in building ServiceNow solutions, including custom applications, workflows, and integrations
- Deep understanding of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, FSM, CSM, or custom applications
- Strong knowledge and experience with ServiceNow MID Server, including configuration, troubleshooting, and integrations
- Strong problem-solving skills with experience providing technical guidance
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, etc.)
- Familiarity with ServiceNow IntegrationHub, REST, SOAP, and APIs for data migration or integration
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
