SQA Group is partnering with a leading organization to help support the development of their technology solutions. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience designing, developing, maintaining, enhancing, and supporting heavily integrated applications, specifically with a strong background in React for front-end development and C#/.Net back-end experience.
The right person for this opportunity is a self-motivated, multi-tasker, and demonstrated team-player. You should excel in working with large-scale applications and frameworks and have outstanding communication and leadership skills.
Critical Success Factors:
- 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Proven expertise in React for frontend development.
- Strong proficiency in C# and .NET framework for backend development.
- Experience with REST API development.
- Solid understanding of SQL and database management.
Responsibilities:
- Take an active role in designing, developing, and maintaining web applications utilizing React for the frontend and C#/.NET for the backend.
- Create and implement RESTful APIs to facilitate smooth and efficient data communication between client and server systems.
- Oversee SQL database operations to maintain optimal data performance and ensure consistency and integrity.
- Engage in Agile processes, including Scrum ceremonies, code reviews, and sprint planning. Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Software Engineers, and QA Specialists to deliver robust software solutions.
- Analyze and interpret complex business requirements, translating them into effective, maintainable code.
- Support and mentor team members by sharing expertise and fostering best practices to enhance the team's proficiency in React and overall software development.
