Do you have 10+ years of experience in ServiceNow?
Do you have 8+ years of ServiceNow experience with a focus on IT Service Management (ITSM)?
Do you have 6+ years of experience with the ServiceNow CMDB and how it supports other ITSM processes (e.g., Incident, Problem, Change, and Asset Management)?
Do you have experience working with stakeholders to understand, document, and prioritize requirements for process and ServiceNow enhancements?
Do you have experience defining, documenting, and enforcing governance processes and procedures?
Must-Have Skills (2 3 Lines):
Expertise in ServiceNow ITSM, CMDB, and Discovery.
Strong experience with ServiceNow enterprise architecture, security, database schema design, and data modeling.
Skilled in requirements gathering, integration, middleware, discovery technologies, and in leading the development of architectural and technical standards and best practices.
