Job Description:
UX (user experience) designers are responsible for improving the user's experience of using a product, such as making it easier to use and more enjoyable. A portfolio of previous work is required.

Top Three Technology Tools Required:
- Figma
- Photoshop
- Illustrator
Team-Specific Responsibilities:
- Property and Casualty Insurance: Design user-friendly interfaces for insurance-related tasks (quoting, policy purchase, claims) while adhering to industry best practices.
- New Member Account: Optimize the account creation and management process, prioritizing data privacy and security.
- Onboarding: Create personalized and interactive onboarding experiences to drive user activation and retention.
- Homepage: Maintain a consistent brand experience and optimize the homepage for key user tasks and accessibility.
- Rewards: Design engaging and transparent reward programs that incentivize desired user behaviors.
