Job Details

CapB is seeking to augment current operations teams with SAP HCM consulting services to assist on an as-needed basis and on demand for maintenance support, project research, project management, consulting, and technical expertise (configuration, design, build, testing and deployment within the SAP modules).

This is a 100% Remote and Part Time Long Term Multiyear (> 5+ years) Techno Functional role on SAP HCM, SuccessFactors LMS. Kronos/UKG experience is a plus.

The ideal candidate(s) would have the following Knowledge, Skills, Ability and Experience on all or at least one of the skills sets below:

o At least three years experience in SAP implementing and supporting functionality within the SAP HCM modules

o Completed a minimum of two SAP full life-cycle implementations

o Advanced knowledge of SAP Enterprise Core Component (ECC) HCM configuration

o Be able to quickly understand SAP operational landscape (SLD) and our UKG(Kronos) operational landscape

o Ability to create robust operational support documentation for future reference and maintainability

o Have good SAP and UKG(Kronos) project management skills and experience following Best Practices for both

o Knowledgeable of touch points related to OM, PA, BN, TM, and PY.

o Knowledge of configuring SAP Workflow

o Bring best practice approaches for the client to consider in a variety of areas including transport, testing, design, prototyping, training, defining support procedures, etc.

o Ability to troubleshoot issues, including the ability to conduct related research and work with to raise SAP/UKG Customer messages as needed

o Experience with writing blueprint documents, configuration documents, and related customer documentation to be used for future reference

o Experience with writing and performing test scripts relevant to functional changes made within the HCM modules for both SAP and UKG(Kronos)

o An in-depth understanding of both the Time and Payroll schemas

o Knowledge of how to interface data to and from SAP

o An in-depth understanding of SuccessFactors LMS configuration

o Strong SuccessFactors LMS reporting skills

o SuccessFactors LMS provision access from SAP

o Knowledge of the NS2 platform for SuccessFactors LMS

o An in-depth understanding of SAP infotypes and how they affect payroll

o Functional and technical background, with at least three years experience in UKG(Kronos) supporting and upgrading functionality within the Client s UKG(Kronos) modules

o Advanced knowledge of Workforce Central configuration

o Sound knowledge of UKG(Kronos) configuration and troubleshooting as it relates to the following modules:

Workforce Attestation, Workforce Attendance , Workforce Leave , Time Off , FMLA, Workforce Integration Manager, Setup Data Manager , Workforce Device Manager , Device setup , 4500 , InTouch , Enterprise Archive , Teletime IP

o Knowledge of how to interface data to and from UKG(Kronos)
