Job Description

If you feel strongly about leading a team in the development of world class software, serving large scale fleets, have experience in building software tools, distributed systems, device software, and/or abstracted platform services with constrained performance requirements, we'd like to talk to you.

In this role, you will design, build, and maintain solutions to create a continuous delivery mechanism for a standardized framework for multiple electronic control unit (ECU) to communicate and function in an agile environment. You will collaborate with ECU owners and suppliers to resolve issues, implement methodologies and enable fast-paced delivery.

What you'll do...
  • Own and drive the design, development of tools and technologies required for vehicle architecture enabling.
  • Develop and maintain tools and environment for managing delivery of SW and NW Architecture changes in a fast-paced agile environment.
  • Develop scripts to automate the building of solutions and establish continuous delivery mechanisms for all vehicle programs.
  • Evaluate technologies and methods for integration of ECU platforms.
  • Enable software development, automated tests development and regression suites.
  • Plan out project roadmap and participate in project management decisions.


You'll have...
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in developing tools and automation frameworks.
  • 4+ years' of hands-on experience s in Python, C++ or similar scripting language.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and technical writing skills.
  • A passion for software engineering tooling, platforms, and infrastructure
  • Experience with DevOps technologies and familiarity with implementing Continuous Delivery models.

Even better, you may have...
  • Master's degree in computer science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience as an Engineering People Manager
  • Experience in developing a CI/CD pipeline establishing traceability from Requirements through to functions and features.
  • Experience working in Agile environments and working across disciplines and teams.
  • A passion for leading diverse, inclusive engineering organization.
  • Familiarity with automotive ECUs, control systems, and communication protocols.
