Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the CalAIM initiative within Correctional Health Services (CHS), driving project planning, execution, and stakeholder coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end project management for the CalAIM initiative, including Project Charter, detailed plan, and RAID log (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies).

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, facilitate project meetings, and ensure project milestones are met on time and within scope.

  • Provide timely status reports and maintain alignment with stakeholder expectations and quality standards.

  • Adapt to shifting priorities while maintaining focus on project goals and timelines.

  • Leverage project management methodologies and tools to track progress and manage risks effectively.

Requirements:

  • 5 7 years of project management experience, preferably in healthcare or public sector settings.

  • Experience with CalAIM projects is strongly preferred.

  • Must be California-based (Bay Area preferred) and able to pass jail facility clearance.

  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
