Location: Milwaukee, WI (Onsite)

Duration: 6 Months Duration

Pay Range: $25.00 $35.00/hr (W2) NO c2c for this one

Position Overview:

We re seeking an experienced Contract Recruiter to join our HR team and play a key role in attracting top talent across engineering, operations, sales, and administrative departments. You ll manage the full-cycle recruitment process and help drive talent acquisition initiatives that align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition

  • Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and build targeted job descriptions
  • Source and engage candidates via job boards, social media, networking, and referrals
  • Conduct screenings and interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit
  • Maintain an organized candidate pipeline and deliver a seamless hiring experience
  • Provide timely updates and insights to hiring managers

Recruiting Strategy

  • Assist in creating and executing strategic recruiting plans
  • Promote the company s brand and culture to attract high-quality candidates
  • Support diversity and inclusion efforts across recruitment channels

Collaboration & Reporting

  • Partner with HR and business leaders to align recruiting with long-term workforce goals
  • Monitor market trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment best practices
  • Track and report on key metrics like time-to-fill, candidate quality, and diversity

Candidate Experience

  • Ensure a positive, efficient, and professional process from application to offer
  • Serve as the primary point of contact and maintain clear, timely communication

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience recruiting for technical, engineering, or manufacturing roles
  • Knowledge of diversity hiring strategies and inclusive recruitment practices
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems, ATS platforms, and recruitment tools
  • Previous experience in a contract or high-volume recruiting environment
