Job Details

This individual will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of collections infrastructure for a portfolio of innovative consumer credit card programs.

The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in consumer credit collections, a strong command of regulatory frameworks, and a passion for building scalable, tech-enabled operations from the ground up.

Job Responsibilities
      • Develop and execute end-to-end collections strategies that leverage behavioral insights, segmentation, and advanced analytics.
      • Build and scale in-house collections capabilities, including team development, vendor management, and process optimization.
      • Implement predictive modeling and machine learning tools to identify pre-delinquency signals and personalize outreach.
      • Design omnichannel engagement strategies that balance recovery performance with customer experience.
      • Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements including FDCPA, CFPB Regulation F, TCPA, FCRA, and Regulation V.
      • Create real-time dashboards and reporting frameworks to monitor performance and drive continuous improvement.
      • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, risk, and compliance teams to embed collections into the broader customer lifecycle.

Key Requirements
      • 6+ years of progressive leadership in consumer credit collections, with a proven track record of improving recovery metrics while maintaining customer trust.
      • Experience building collections operations from concept to scale, ideally in a fintech or high-growth environment.
      • Strong analytical skills and fluency with data visualization and statistical tools.
      • Demonstrated success managing third-party agencies and optimizing vendor performance.
      • Deep understanding of U.S. collections regulations and compliance best practices.
      • Experience implementing technology solutions that enhance collections efficiency and effectiveness.
