- Understanding of Intelligrants grant management software architecture
- Experience in Intelligrants source code development done in Python, Heroku PostgreSQL, and Microsoft Power BI
The scope of the proposed services will include the following:
- Customize or configure Intelligrants coding in order to provide agency specific functionality
- Work with the application architect and application database administer to best assist the State in design of OCD DRU use of Intelligrants for disaster recovery grants management based on complexity of State use
